Yes. That gets you one background, lighting and color correction, automatic framing, and a high-resolution JPEG with full printing rights. From there, retouching adds two dollars, all four backgrounds adds one, and personalization adds fifty cents. The most you can spend is $5.49, and that covers everything.
No. The whole thing runs in your browser. No app to install, no account to make, no password to reset later. You take the photo, and the finished portrait lands in your inbox in minutes.
They're permanently deleted after 30 days. We hold them only long enough for you to download the file or have us fix a processing error, and then they're gone.
We never alter your child's face or generate anything. The freckles stay, the gap in the smile stays, everything real stays. What we change is the background, the lighting, and the color, using image processing and presets. The kid in the photo is your kid, exactly as they showed up.
If it's a processing error on our end, we fix it. The system also flags quality problems before you check out, so you're not paying to find out later. Completed portraits aren't refundable, but any error on our end gets corrected.
