3. Student Privacy (FERPA & COPPA)

Because we handle student photos, protecting children's privacy is our highest priority.

  • School Official: When contracting with schools, we act as a "School Official" under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We utilize student data solely for legitimate educational interests (e.g., yearbooks, student IDs).

  • No Commercial Profiling: We do not build behavioral profiles of students for commercial or advertising purposes.

  • No Sale of Data: We absolutely do not sell, rent, or trade student data.

  • Essential Cookies: We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, such as keeping items in your shopping cart.

  • Analytics: We may use basic analytics tools to understand parent/customer traffic patterns on our website. We do not use tracking pixels to target behavioral advertising at students.
